Email Filtering with Trainable Folders

SaneLater

This feature is perhaps the cornerstone of the SaneBox email management tool. It filters your emails and separates unimportant emails into dedicated folders.

SaneNews

It’s a one-stop destination for all your newsletters and mailing lists.

SaneCC

You can find all those emails in which you’ve been CC’d in this folder. You can even move inbox-worthy emails to this folder. All such emails will automatically appear in the SaneCC folder if you make such a move.

SaneBlackHole

This folder is similar to a resting place where emails temporarily stay for 7 days before finally making their way to Trash. You’re free to move emails to this folder at any time.

Believe it or not, you can even create and customize new SaneBox folders. It could be for work, expenses, invitations, or personal emails.

Enter your DIY folder name. Edit folder settings based on your preferences, such as “Setup automatic forwarding” and “Clean up older email” options.

Non-Trainable Power Tools

These are non-trainable folders focused on helping you enhance efficiency, productivity, and time management.

SaneDoNotDisturb

This folder functions similarly to the DND feature on your phones. Your emails get diverted to this dedicated SaneBox folder, preventing you from checking them during a set schedule.

SaneNotSpam

It’s not unusual to receive inbox-worthy emails as spam at times. But it can put you in a pickle if you miss an important email because it got diverted to spam. This folder prevents that from happening. It rescues such messages and keeps them safe for you to review later.

SaneNoReplies

This SaneBox folder houses those emails that are still awaiting a reply.

Reminders

Let SaneBox do all the remembering and thinking for you. You simply need to use the Reminder feature, set the settings, and get back to your work without having to worry about forgetting meetings, events, or deadlines.

Attachment

You can keep attachments in your cloud folders.

Email Deep Clean

SaneBox doesn’t only filter your emails but also carries out a thorough, deep clean. You can edit the settings and set a date for which you want SaneBox to scan and clean.

The tool then flags senders based on email frequency. You can then select all the emails from those senders within a certain period and send them to Trash at once.

What Makes SaneBox Different?
