Sleep. I like sleep. (Who doesn’t?) But I always wake up feeling like a glob of slime on the bed and I always ask myself the same question
do I really have to get up now?
Well, I thought about what would make me improve my sleep and make me feel better when I wake up overall.
Well tech can do that. And I’m going to tell you my favorite things I found that will help improve your sleep (the bonus at the end won’t really make you sleep better but it’s the best creation ever)
1). Oura ring sleep tracker
The oura ring comes with great technology for sleep tracking and can track a multitude of things with it like heart rate variability (HRV) and tells you how sleeping changes the metrics when you sleep and what you can do to improve it. But the price tag will wake you up!
The new galaxy watch 4 also does this, and it’s cheaper but it depends on what your needs are

2). Withings sleep mat
Cheaper than the oura, but stops tracking when you get out of bed.
The withings tracking sleep mat offers sleep quality assessments as well as sleep cycle analysis and snore detection.
With a price tag of 80 USD it is our favorite sleep tracker

3). Headspace app
So I know this isn’t technically tech, but it’s important
Headspace is the leading app for Meditation and sleep. It can reduce anxiety and stress and overall increase mindfulness, pretty good app if you ask me.

Bonus: the Barisieur
The barisiuer is magnificent. it doesn’t help with sleeping, but it gives you a reason to wake up, I mean the coffee is literally right there. (If you can’t tell from the name, I like coffee)
