Time is a scarce resource, especially for entrepreneurs and businesses with schedules and meetings packed one after the other. It leaves one wondering how to effectively strategize, plan, and execute to maximize productivity.
A trend has been emerging in the productivity space for a while now, and that is apps utilizing AI to take a load off of your shoulders during your work day, as well as help you out of work as well like planning your chores or tasks that you need to get done before the end of the day.
Paul J Meyer, the famous developmental expert, states, “Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.” Productivity tools such as Reclaim AI help you do just that.

What is Reclaim AI?
Reclaim AI is an AI-powered intelligent tool that offers multi-platform integrations, advanced algorithms, and user-friendly interface & design. Reclaim AI automates the process of scheduling and prioritizing tasks, allowing users to reclaim valuable hours in their day.
With Reclaim, users can easily set their availability preferences, establish meeting buffers, and define focus time blocks. The intelligent algorithm then analyzes the user’s calendar and intelligently schedules tasks and meetings based on their priorities. This ensures that users have dedicated time for deep work while still being able to accommodate important meetings and commitments.
Reclaim AI is quite a non-standard productivity tool layering smart scheduling over your work calendar. It is a basic task manager and scheduler that uses AI to maximize and optimize your output.

After signing up, the site will redirect you to a new window showcasing a gist of features that this tool offers.
Click on Continue to integrate your Google Work Calendar.
Customize the tool to better serve your preferences. Select your role, department, and goals.
Go ahead and set up certain Habits that are specific to you and your team.
Reclaim AI also allows you personalization features to choose your booking link.
Auto-schedule break times, sync your calendars, and send invites to your team members to finish setting up your work profile.
After the setup, you’ll get redirected to a window with two sections: left and right.
The Setup guide is in the right section. It’s divided into 5 main categories: Concepts, Features, and Settings, along with Support and Resource menus.
You can either opt for a complete Setup tour guide or begin creating tasks by clicking on +New Task in the top-left corner.
Reclaim has a very detailed onboarding guide that you can use to follow the steps to best set up your reclaim account, which includes steps to set up every feature of your reclaim account, resources for the app, and even custom concepts that utilize the features of the app.
Overall, I found Reclaim’s setup page to be a great onboarding feature, since it lets you onboard yourself on your own time, instead, you can use the features you want and only start using other features when you’re ready.
Reclaim AI Features
Reclaim has many features, but before exploring all of them, I’d suggest playing around with the app to fine-tune it for your work style, as well as adding all your calendars and integrations like your work and personal calendars, as well as any project management apps your organization uses.
Reclaim AI stresses heavily on features that will effectively and smoothly assist you in finishing tasks; be it 1-1 meetings, incorporating habits, or finishing daily tasks.
This productivity tool offers a few main features:
- Planner, Priorities, and Tasks
- Stats
- Smart AI 1:1 Meetings
- Habits
Let’s unwrap each feature in detail.
Planner, Priorities, and Tasks
Planning is a breeze with Reclaim’s features and advanced AI algorithms. It incorporates and syncs to-do list data from your work calendar and dynamically auto-schedules tasks. In this way, you’re always on top of your deadlines and commitments.
Reclaim offers impeccable task management features. Set Tasks and Priorities using the in-built platform or even other third-party domains.
The basic version allows Slack integration along with access to Raycast and Google Tasks, among others. Keep in mind that the access and availability of tools within the platform differ depending on your subscribed Reclaim AI Plan, which we’ll cover later
Thus, Reclaim AI is not your typical calendar scheduler. You can drag tasks from other platforms, prioritize, and set parameters. The AI feature makes it even simpler and much more efficient.
Stats
Reclaim AI’s Stats feature offers a detailed visual report across various tasks, priorities, habits, meetings, and other work-related metrics.
Such a breakdown helps you to review past work and further strategize tasks and priorities to meet your weekly or monthly goals.
Smart AI 1:1 Meetings
Scheduling meetings within and outside the team can be a pain since you need to decide a timeframe that works for everyone. With Reclaim AI, the entire process gets streamlined, making planning a schedule with collaborators straightforward and much smoother. No more endless back-and-forth messaging threads or email chains.
You can reserve slots for 3 weeks (up to 8-12 weeks with paid plans) before the tentative date by using the scheduling link. Reclaim AI even allows you to customize and update slot timings as and when necessary; thus, accounting for collaborators’ availability.
The AI features especially comes in handy in this regard. It helps find the best slot to fit all the team members automatically; improving team dynamics and saving time.
Habits
Habits is one of Reclaim’s most attractive features that often gets forgotten or sidelined and is absent even in manual calendars.
You can choose from a variety of templates or create new habits by clicking on +New Habit in the top-right section. Not only that, the feature allows you easy customizations and edit each Habit based on your needs.
With Habits, you get access to your planned daily habits and routines all in one spot, ensuring perfect time management and increased productivity. Setting Habits such as Taking a Walk or Afternoon Catch Up time with other members is not only healthy but will improve team dynamics.
Reclaim AI Pricing
There are four Reclaim.ai subscription plans that you can choose from:
- Lite: Free
- Starter: $8 per user/month
- Business: $12 per user/month
- Enterprise: $18 per user/month
You’ll get access to different features and metrics depending on which plan you’re subscribed to.
The Lite plan is ample for personal use but it’s not nearly sufficient if you’re working with a team. It offers limited integrations and a Smart Scheduling Range for only up to 3 weeks.
I’d recommend the Starter plan for small teams with a maximum of 10 members. For $8 per user a month, you get full access to the Integration pack (Google Meet, Slack, Zoom, Google Tasks, Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, and Linear). This paid plan also includes People Analytics metrics plus an 8-week Smart Scheduling Range.
The only difference between the Business and Enterprise plans is the number of users. The former is perfect for medium-sized businesses with up to 100 team members. On the other hand, the $18 per user a month Enterprise plan is ideal for teams with over 100 users. All the other features are identical.
What Makes Reclaim AI Different?
The one feature that puts Reclaim in a league of its own is Habits. Realistically, perfect scheduling is hard to achieve but this tool helped me inch a step closer toward that ideal daily planner.
It automatically scheduled my Habits based on my availability around planned events. So rather than having to compromise one event for another, Reclaim simply works around commitments by adapting to schedule changes.
For instance, you can tentatively set 1:15 pm for Lunch by creating a smart Habit. Your schedule will remain unchanged as long as you’re available. But the moment an event with higher priority pops up, it’ll reschedule Lunchtime to either 12:45 pm or 2 pm. So, rather than targeting and blocking 1:15 pm for lunch, it shifts and adapts based on your priorities.
Conclusion
After testing Reclaim AI and its features and weighing its pros and cons as a productivity tool, I’d say it is worth a shot.
Reclaim AI surely proved instrumental in terms of increased productivity and efficient time & task management. Other than advanced AI-powered scheduling options, it offers priority-based task optimizations and seamless project management tool integrations.
However, it’s not for every team. The features may seem unnecessary or even overwhelming for simple day-to-day scheduling.
Before investing, I recommend creating an account and using the Reclaim AI Lite plan to get a gist of the tool. There are other excellent alternatives such as Motion and Sunsama if Reclaim AI does not align with your productivity needs.
